The combination of traditional woolen fabrics and artificial lamé fabrics is a response to the atmosphere of the '60s, space age and the plastic era. The collection was created with some exaggeration as a reaction to the work of American artist Aleksandra Mir who, as part of her performance, sent a woman to the Moon even back in 1999.

Apollo 11 blasted off in July 1969, sending astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins on a journey to the Moon and back. It took around three days to get to the Moon, and then Armstrong and Aldrin spent 21 hours and 36 minutes on the lunar surface, becoming the first humans to set foot on it.
The KOMA Modules are symbols of space, speed, variability and sustainability. The future of architecture lies in modular systems already produced by the KOMA company as it is today.
